We are currently seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Litigation & Insolvency team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a leading international disputes practice that is consistently involved in some of the most high-profile and complex cross-border litigation and restructuring matters in the offshore legal market.
Our team advises on a wide range of contentious and semi-contentious matters, including multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring (both contentious and advisory), fraud and asset tracing, regulatory issues, and high-stakes enforcement proceedings. With a network that spans London, Bermuda, the BVI, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore, we deliver integrated, strategic solutions to a global client base.
The ideal candidate will have recently qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction), with outstanding academic credentials and top-tier training. Exposure to litigation or dispute resolution during your training contract is highly desirable. You should be commercially minded, motivated by international work, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team handling matters that regularly shape offshore jurisprudence.
