I have been instructed to find an experienced In-House Employment Lawyer to join a top-tier global law firm’s Office of the General Counsel, advising across multiple offices around the globe.
In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders on a wide range of employment matters — from hiring and performance management to investigations, terminations, and compliance. You’ll shape policy, oversee disputes, and provide strategic legal guidance that supports a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of employment law experience from an Office of General Counsel, deep expertise in UK employment law, and familiarity with European and Asian jurisdictions.
