Property Lawyer (3+ PQE) | Bristol, Exeter or Southampton (ref:877)

We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (ideally 3+ PQE) to join a thriving national real estate team of approximately 30 lawyers. Working alongside colleagues across Bristol, Southampton and Exeter, you will be part of a supportive team that shares knowledge, expertise and opportunities across offices.

Initially, your workload will focus on landlord and tenant matters, with some telecoms work, before developing into a broader commercial property practice including acquisitions, disposals and asset management. You’ll advise a portfolio of well-known national occupiers, retailers and property clients on complex, high-value matters.
