Property Litigation Lawyer

Are you a property litigator looking to make a move?

Our client is an established law firm; well-known for their reputation in certain sectors. This is an opportunity to join a very profitable and highly rated team within the firm as part of their ongoing growth plans.You should be a property litigator who particularly enjoys residential property litigation. You are likely to be dealing with a broad range of property litigation work including advising on rights of way, boundary disputes, TOLATA claims, nuisance etc. There is also the opportunity to deal with agricultural sector work if this is of interest. Some of the work will be for local clients, but there is also the chance to get involved in some national work. You should be able to work fairly autonomously and be able to build relationships with clients. If you have supervisory skills this may be an advantage too but isn’t essential.
