This is a great opportunity for an ambitious real estate lawyer 2 -5 pqe keen to progress their career.  I’m working with a leading Top 50 International Law firm with a commitment to invest and grow its award winning real estate team in Bristol.  You will be joining  a market leading real estate team working on a broad range of transactional real estate work with a particular focus on investment, development and asset management work. 

The role

As a key member of this market-leading Real Estate team, you’ll be involved in a broad spectrum of property transactions, with a strong emphasis on investment, development, and asset management.  You’ll regularly handle high-value transactions, often worth multiple millions of pounds, representing some of the UK’s most prominent investors. The  Real Estate team advises across all traditional asset classes and is also recognised for its expertise in emerging sectors such as student accommodation, hotels and leisure, and the private rented sector (PRS).

You:

• Solid experience in real estate lawyer with at least 2-5 pqe from a leading national or regional law firm (although our client will consider those with more or less experience)
• A strong team player with a real enthusiasm for the real estate sector
• Enjoy business development as you will be given full support to further strengthen and develop client relationships
• Excellent academics
• Ability to manage a varied workload
