This is a great role for an ambitious real estate finance lawyer. Perhaps you are already specialising in this area or maybe you are a general real estate or banking lawyer with some experience on the real estate finance side and are keen to focus on this.
Our client is a top 50 law firm with an excellent reputation for this area of work. You will be acting for banks and other lenders as well as borrowers and other interested parties in a variety of banking and finance matters involving secured lending on property. You will be joining a supportive team and although you need to be someone who can work autonomously and show initiative, you should also be someone who enjoys working as part of a team. You should ideally have some relevant post qualification experience in real estate finance and be looking to develop your experience and understanding of this area of law.
