A long‑established South West firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its successful team based in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor to join an established and supportive team.
As a valued member of the team you’ll manage your own caseload of residential matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new‑build transactions, with support from knowledgeable colleagues when needed. As well as working alongside senior members of the team on more challenging work.
We’re looking for a Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property experience (or equivalent caseload management). You’ll be confident working independently providing high quality legal advice. This is a unique opportunity to build your career and get involved in networking.
