Great opportunity for a senior restructuring and insolvency lawyer to join this highly regarded specialist team.
My client is looking for a non-contentious restructuring and insolvency lawyer to take a lead on matters within this branch office. The firm already have a very experienced team including some lawyers who are also dual qualified as IPs. You will be advising IPs, directors, lenders and individual clients in respect of all restructuring and insolvency matters (Restructurings, liquidations, administrations, receiverships, voluntary arrangements etc) across a number of different sectors. The firm have a separate unsecured creditors advice team which not only frees their lawyers up to be concentrating on other work but is also a good source of work.
You should ideally have some client following or at least good connections with local and national IPs
