This is an exciting opportunity for a junior level restructuring and insolvency lawyer who is looking to join a top tier corporate restructuring and insolvency practice.
You will be working closely with experienced insolvency and restructuring lawyers many of whom are regarded as leading individuals in this field. You will be working with companies, investors, insolvency practitioners and other clients on a range of domestic and cross-border distressed situations.
You should ideally have at least 1 years’ post qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency matters (although this could be part of a wider corporate or banking role). The firm will consider people with less post qualification experience if you can demonstrate a similar level of experience prior to qualification.
