Our client, a leading international law firm with a Tier 1 rated Funds practice, is looking for a mid-senior level associate to join its London team.

The role

  • Advising a sophisticated client base of investment banks, leading financial institutions and other lender-side clients
  • Working on complex fund work across domestic and offshore markets
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to a collaborative, high-calibre team

About you

  • A minimum of 4 years’ PQE of strong deal experience within a City practice
  • Experience of funds across both domestic and offshore markets
  • Superior academic credentials
  • A self-starter with great client management skills
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required
