Excellent Salary + Bonus

Location

Dorset

Our client is an established law firm based in Dorset who are looking to grow their construction practice with the addition of a senior construction lawyer.

The firm has a strong contentious construction offering and are ideally looking for a senior lawyer with either non-contentious construction experience or a mix of contentious and non-contentious to further develop their offering. You will already be working independently, leading matters, and dealing directly with clients. An important aspect of the role will be to manage and mentor junior lawyers / trainees so this should be something you either already do or would like to do.

The firm are happy to consider flexible and hybrid working. As well as a competitive salary, the firm operate a generous bonus scheme. If you are already based in Dorset (or parts of Somerset / Hampshire and possibly Wiltshire) or are considering a move to the area, please get in touch for more information.
