We’re supporting a respected UK practice as it continues to grow its established Employment team in Bristol. The firm advises an impressive client base across financial services, retail, technology, energy and the public sector, handling sophisticated and often high-profile employment matters.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to take a leading role in client relationships and complex matters, advising senior stakeholders on:

• Complex employee relations and strategic HR issues
• Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
• TUPE and organisational change
• Discrimination and whistleblowing
• Employment litigation and tribunal proceeding
• Workforce strategy and wider employment projects

You’ll have significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters, work closely with senior decision-makers and contribute to the continued development of the team.

The role would suit a Senior Associate or experienced Employment Solicitor who is looking for high-quality work, genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop their profile within a progressive practice.
