Senior Knowledge Lawyer – Bristol or London – Infrastructure | Projects (ref:1077)
Salary
Location
Are you a Projects and Infrastructure lawyer who’d rather shape how a market-leading team works than focus on billable hours targets?
I am working with a highly regarded Projects practice whose work spans Infrastructure, Energy, Project Finance and Construction, advising on some of the market’s most significant and technically complex mandates across the full transaction lifecycle.
This role focuses on:
- Keeping the team ahead of legal and regulatory change
- Designing and delivering training, precedents and know-how that fee earners use
- Leading the team’s AI agenda: piloting tools, building confidence, sharing real use cases from live matters
- Driving client-facing insights, webinars, seminars and horizon scanning
- Handling technical queries across the firm and helping steer responses to government consultations
About you
- Strong technical grounding in Infrastructure projects and the regulatory frameworks around them
- Substantial post-qualification experience from private practice, in-house, a knowledge role elsewhere, or returning from a career break
- A genuine appetite for what AI can do to legal practice (hands-on experience a bonus, not a requirement)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, organised, proactive, good in a cross-disciplinary team
Prior KM experience is not essential as mentoring and support come with the job.
Flexibility. Full-time or part-time, hybrid working is on offer, as well as a competitive salary and generous benefits package, with real support for health and wellbeing.
