Senior Project Finance Lawyer

Excellent opportunity to work closely with a lead partner who has developed finance expertise within PPP/PFI secondary market transactions. You will be working with a range of clients including local government, lenders, contractors and services providers and across a number of different sectors but particularly within the energy sector (including energy from waste and EVs).
You could either come from a PFI / PPP background with some financing experience which you are looking to further develop or alternatively you may also come from a banking / finance background and are looking to focus on project finance work.
This could be an office-based or hybrid working role but the firm are also open to considering someone who is looking to work from home with only occasional office attendance.
