Our client, a highly respected Top 100 commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join their dynamic and specialist dispute resolution team.
This is a strategic opportunity for a seasoned litigator to lead on a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload. You’ll advise on complex landlord and tenant disputes, third-party rights, and high-value property litigation matters. The role also offers exposure to more nuanced and investigatory work, where your ability to think creatively and proactively will be key.
You’ll be working alongside leading experts in the field, contributing to high-profile cases and helping shape litigation strategy. The team values innovation and autonomy, making this an ideal environment for a lawyer looking to deepen their expertise, develop close client relationships and take on more responsibility.
Experience in contentious probate or related crossover areas would be advantageous, as the team often handles multi-faceted disputes requiring a broad litigation skillset.
