What You’ll Do:
- Lead on complex land promotion and disposal projects
- Advise on site assembly, title matters, collaboration agreements, and planning strategy
- Navigate equalisation arrangements, infrastructure delivery, and tax structuring
- Act as a trusted advisor in multi-landowner developments
- Collaborate with our tax, trust, and planning teams to deliver holistic solutions

- Extensive experience in strategic land, planning, or rural development law
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
- Proven ability to manage high-value, multi-stakeholder projects
