Associate – Tax (London) | 4–8 PQE | E&W Qualified
Join our growing London Tax team and work on sophisticated cross-border transactions and advisory mandates for multinational corporations, investment funds, family offices, joint ventures, and startups.
You’ll provide day-to-day tax advice, focusing on early problem-solving and practical solutions across areas including:
- Cross-border structuring & joint ventures
- Investment fund structuring & business combinations
- Executive compensation, special tax deductions & industry-specific tax planning
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified
- 4–8 years’ top-tier law firm experience
- Strong analytical skills & clear communication of complex tax matters
