Public M&A and ECM Knowledge Management Lawyer

If you are an experienced Public M&A Lawyer with a minimum of 6+ PQE from a highly regarded practice, you could become a Knowledge Management Lawyer within a prestigious, global firm. In this role, you would work with the London Corporate M&A and Capital Markets Partners to develop and deliver on a knowledge plan for London Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets team. This would include driving and supporting the knowledge and training for the practices.
The role will suit a mid to senior qualified lawyer with strong academic qualifications, a passion for knowledge and quality and a proactive and pragmatic approach. Solid UK public M&A and public company experience are required. This role can be designed around your skills and flexible working will be considered.
