An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and expanding Corporate team in Bristol.
This is a well-established national firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality corporate advice to a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, OMB’s, financial institutions and international, private equity-backed businesses. This national team is known for its collaborative approach and breadth of expertise.
The Bristol team is currently in an exciting phase of growth, offering the opportunity to play a key role in its continued development. You will be working closely with experienced and highly regarded, personable and ambitious Partners, who will give you the platform and support to succeed.
The role will involve:
- A broad mix of corporate work including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
- Advising on complex, high-value transactions across a varied client base
- Managing your own caseload with a good level of autonomy
- Building and developing client relationships, with full support from the wider team
- Contributing to business development and the ongoing growth of the practice
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ PQE with strong corporate experience gained at a recognised firm
- A commercial and client-focused approach
- Confidence managing transactions with appropriate supervision
- An interest in networking and developing your own client base
- A collaborative and personable approach
