Property Solicitor – South of England (ref:900)

Are you a Property Solicitor looking to move beyond routine transactions and work on high-value, technically interesting property matters?

Our client is a highly regarded specialist law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising private clients, businesses and institutions on complex property matters. As the team continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor with between three and six years’ PQE to join a collaborative and well-established practice.

Working alongside experienced specialists, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise across a broad range of commercial and rural property work, advising on significant transactions while building long-term relationships with an impressive client base.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on a variety of high-quality matters, including:

• Sales, acquisitions and disposals of high-value property and land.
• Commercial and rural property transactions.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Development projects and strategic land transactions.
• Option agreements, promotion agreements and other complex property arrangements.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and professional advisers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging work and wants to broaden their expertise within a supportive, collaborative team.

About You

We’re keen to hear from qualified solicitors who have:

• Between 3 and 6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial, rural or mixed property work.
• A solid grounding in property law and a desire to continue developing specialist expertise.
• Strong technical and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service.
