Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor seeking high-quality work, genuine career development and a better work-life balance?

A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a junior Employment Solicitor to join its growing Bristol team. You’ll advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, redundancies, tribunal claims, contracts and settlement agreements.

Alongside managing your own caseload with support, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on complex and high-value matters, gaining exposure to varied and interesting work from day one.

This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE, strong client skills and a desire to develop their profile within a collaborative and supportive team.
