Private Client Lawyer 

Are you an experienced Private Client lawyer looking for something a bit different? I’m recruiting for a dynamic law firm that combines modern practices with a welcoming, forward-thinking culture. The Role

You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and partners, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees across a broad range of private wealth matters, including:

• Wills, trusts, probate and estate planning

• Personal and trust tax issues

• Domicile and residence assessments

• Offshore trust planning

• IHT, CGT and income tax planning

• Asset protection and family governance

You’ll also play an active role in client relationship management, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

You will need:

• Strong technical expertise within private wealth / wills & probate

• A client-focused, solutions-driven mindset

• Commercial awareness and excellent file/financial management

• A collaborative, flexible approach and enthusiasm for working in a modern, evolving firm
