An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Residential Property team in Swindon. This newly created role reflects continued expansion and offers the chance to work on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters for both local and national clients.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, handling transactions from instruction through to completion. Matters will include sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal advice and maintain consistently excellent client service.
This opportunity is suited to a qualified residential conveyancing lawyer with at least three years’ post‑qualification experience, who is confident managing files independently and committed to providing a professional, client‑focused service.
