A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its well‑established and growing team in Bristol. This strategic senior hire will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s employment offering across the city and the wider Southwest.
This position is ideal for a lawyer who brings strong technical expertise, proven business development experience, and the ambition to shape and grow a regional practice. An existing client following and a clear business plan for future growth will be important, along with the ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver consistently high‑quality advice.
In this role, you will lead on complex matters, contribute to departmental strategy, support cross‑firm collaboration, and help develop junior colleagues. You will also drive new business initiatives, deepen relationships with key clients and referrers, and play an active part in strengthening the firm’s market presence.
