I’m partnering with a leading global organisation to find an innovative and commercially minded Innovation Attorney who is passionate about transforming the way legal professionals work. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of law, technology, and business, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions—including generative AI—to enhance legal service delivery.
In this role, you’ll work closely with lawyers, clients, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, streamline processes, and embed technology into everyday legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies across legal practice areas
- Lead technology pilots, proof-of-concepts, and implementation projects
- Provide strategic guidance on LegalTech tools, process optimisation, and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with legal teams and leadership to future-proof the delivery of legal services
About You:
- Qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with experience in private practice, in-house legal teams, or legal operations
- Strong interest in LegalTech, innovation, and artificial intelligence
- Understanding of product development principles and user-centred design
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
