A well-regarded, friendly Somerset law firm is seeking a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2026, or a recently qualified Solicitor, to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and close-knit environment.
Working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Lawyers, you will assist on, and gradually manage, a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters. You will receive one-to-one supervision while building your own portfolio and providing high-quality legal advice to a loyal local client base.
This role offers the chance to develop strong technical expertise alongside essential client-facing skills, with encouragement to contribute to departmental growth and ongoing training.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be due to qualify in 2026 or recently qualified

Have some experience in Private Client work
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be motivated to learn and build long-term client relationships
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
