A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Technology & Media lawyer to join its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to develop their practice within a highly regarded, collaborative team.
The role offers exposure to high‑quality work across commercial contracts, intellectual property, IT and telecoms, data protection and technology-led projects. You will advise a diverse client base ranging from major corporates and public sector bodies to innovative growth businesses operating in areas such as digital media, life sciences, fintech and emerging technologies. Matters typically include technology development and licensing, outsourcing, software and systems agreements, and GDPR compliance.
You will be trusted with direct client contact, supported to build long-term relationships and encouraged to contribute to business development and knowledge sharing across the wider group, including on cross‑border matters.
The successful candidate will have strong general commercial experience gained in a City, major regional or international firm, or within industry, together with excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills.
