An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join a growing and ambitious team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to play a key part in developing a well-established employment practice in the Southwest, working closely with senior colleagues to expand the team’s regional presence.
You will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, with strong employment tribunal experience essential. A genuine enthusiasm for business development is also critical, as you will contribute to building client relationships and enhancing market profile.
