The Team

The team acts for developers, financial institutions, local authorities, investors, landlords and occupiers on a broad range of commercial property matters.

Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, the successful candidate will become part of a friendly and well-connected team that is known for its collaborative approach and strong client relationships.

The Role

The role offers exposure to a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development projects
• Property finance transactions
• Asset management work

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions while progressively taking responsibility for their own matters and developing strong client relationships.

About You
