I am partnering with a leading practice to find a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its high-performing Funds team.
This is a key role for someone with a strong grounding in both corporate and funds transactions, who is looking to step into a knowledge-focused position or build on existing PSL experience.
The role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and innovation, with a focus on driving the use of AI and legal technology to enhance know-how, streamline delivery and support the wider team in a fast-evolving market.
You’ll be working closely with senior lawyers who are approachable, engaged and highly collaborative, within a culture that values openness, idea-sharing and practical support over hierarchy.
The position involves:
- Curating and developing specialist know-how across funds and related corporate structuring
- Supporting transactional teams with high-quality guidance and training
- Tracking legal and regulatory change and turning it into usable insight
- Playing a central role in legal tech and AI initiatives across the practice

I would love to hear from experienced PSLs or senior fee earners with both corporate and funds experience. Prior PSL experience is helpful but not essential.
