A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Lawyer – Conflicts & Ethics (EMEA) to join its Office of the General Counsel in London.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll:
- Advise on complex conflicts and ethical issues across EMEA
- Support new business intake and regulatory risk management
- Work closely with senior stakeholders including fee earners, Ethics Committee members, and General Counsel teams
- Lead on nuanced legal analysis and firmwide compliance initiatives
- Contribute to training and development within the conflicts function
You’ll bring:
- Qualification as a solicitor, barrister, or equivalent
- Strong experience in conflicts and/or law firm compliance
- A sharp analytical mindset with confidence handling complex ethical issues
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
