A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Lawyer – Conflicts & Ethics (EMEA) to join its Office of the General Counsel in London.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll:

  • Advise on complex conflicts and ethical issues across EMEA
  • Support new business intake and regulatory risk management
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders including fee earners, Ethics Committee members, and General Counsel teams
  • Lead on nuanced legal analysis and firmwide compliance initiatives
  • Contribute to training and development within the conflicts function

You’ll bring:

  • Qualification as a solicitor, barrister, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in conflicts and/or law firm compliance
  • A sharp analytical mindset with confidence handling complex ethical issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
