Family Lawyer – Divorce & Financial Remedy (ref:1005)

A leading family law practice is looking to recruit an experienced Family Lawyer to join its Exeter office.

This role would suit a solicitor or legal executive who enjoys advising clients through divorce, separation and financial matters while delivering exceptional client service.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload including:

• Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships.
• Financial remedy proceedings.
• Cohabitation disputes.
• Separation agreements.
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements.
• Associated private family law matters.

The successful candidate will work with high-quality privately funded clients and benefit from strong administrative support and an established referral network.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in private family law.
• Strong technical knowledge of divorce and financial remedy work.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• A proactive, organised approach.
• The ability to manage your own caseload independently.
