About the Role

You’ll join an established Employment team advising both employers and employees across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to develop into a trusted adviser while building your own profile.

Your work will include:

• Employment contracts and workplace policies
• Settlement agreements
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Day-to-day HR and employment law advice
• Supporting colleagues across other practice areas on employment-related matters

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and enjoys varied work, strong client relationships and working as part of a collaborative team.

About You
