Employment Associate / Senior Associate (ref:998)

The role offers exposure to the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:

• Complex employment tribunal litigation and strategic workplace disputes
• Cross-border employment matters and international advisory work
• Corporate transactions, due diligence and TUPE advice
• Senior executive exits and partnership disputes
• Day-to-day advisory work on disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, data protection and employment documentation

You’ll work alongside experienced, supportive colleagues who are committed to delivering exceptional client service while fostering a genuinely collegiate environment.
