Senior Pensions Lawyer (ref:1038)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Lawyer to join a highly regarded and ambitious UK law firm in a senior role.

This position offers genuine flexibility, with a part-time working pattern (3 to 4 days per week) and the ability to work predominantly remotely. The firm has a network of offices across the UK, meaning you can work from an office as regularly as you wish, while still benefiting from a highly flexible approach to where and how you work.

This role could be particularly attractive to someone seeking greater work-life balance, reduced hours, increased autonomy, or the opportunity to continue handling high-quality pensions work without the expectation of frequent office attendance.

You will advise on a broad range of pensions matters, including corporate transactions, pensions due diligence, scheme mergers, benefit changes, regulatory issues and scheme documentation. There is also a unique opportunity to help shape and grow the firm’s pensions offering, while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have strong pensions experience gained within private practice, excellent client management skills and the confidence to work independently.
