Service Innovation Lawyer — London, Reading or Bristol – Roles within the Corporate, Projects and Infrastructure and Real Estate Teams
We’re working with a standout firm to find a Service Innovation Lawyer with a proven fee-earning background and a strong interest in AI. This is a chance to design and deliver AI-enabled legal services for the firm’s clients.
You’ll work alongside the Partners and Associates on live client matters, using real deals as the testing ground for AI-enabled delivery, then take what you learn and roll it out across the practice.
What you’ll do
- Design, test and refine AI-enabled ways of delivering live client work.
- Spot and shape new AI-enabled services from matter experience and client feedback.
- Be the credible, client-facing voice on AI — delivery models, pricing, risk and governance.
- Drive adoption of generative AI tools across the projects and infrastructure group, within the firm’s governance framework.
- Stay on top of AI and legal tech, and turn it into practical improvements.
- Support the wider firm on continuous process improvement.
What you’ll bring
A strong fee-earning background in one of the following practice areas: Corporate, Projects and Infrastructure, or Real Estate. You’ll need strong stakeholder engagement skills, a genuine interest in AI, a collaborative, people-focused approach, and a passion for exploring new ways of working.
Previous experience in a legal technology and AI role isn’t required, but a desire to move into an AI focused role is.
The role sits within a friendly, collaborative team and offers an attractive salary and benefits package, plus flexible working initiatives.
