Knowledge Lawyer / Professional Support Lawyer – Funds (ref:1039)

I am working to find a skilled Funds Knowledge Lawyer to join one of the UK’s largest Funds practices.

The firm’s Funds team helps managers structure, launch and manage funds across private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, infrastructure and natural resources from first structuring through the full fund lifecycle. They advise UK and international funds on cross-border matters, and US investors on fund-related issues. In this role, you would join an established Knowledge function, working alongside another FIG Knowledge Lawyer and a wider Knowledge team.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to move into knowledge or a step up for an experienced PSL. You’ll keep the team ahead of legal and regulatory change, deliver engaging training, maintain best-in-class templates, champion AI and legal tech, and drive the team’s client knowledge offering insights, horizon-scanning, seminars and webinars.

To be considered, you will need to have a minimum of 6 PQE and excellent knowledge of private funds law, great written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management skills and a passion for innovation.
