We’re delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its established Home Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer looking to broaden their experience, work alongside recognised experts in the sector and become part of a collaborative team with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a large, well-established team acting for national housebuilders, regional developers, housing associations and local authorities on a wide variety of residential development matters.
The work is diverse and includes residential development site set-up, infrastructure, open market and shared ownership plot sales, together with advising on the full lifecycle of shared ownership properties.
Supported by experienced colleagues, innovative systems and efficient processes, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building strong, long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising clients on a broad range of residential development and home sales matters.
- Working with national housebuilders, developers, housing associations and local authorities.
- Managing your own caseload while collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider team.
- Building trusted client relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their professional development.
- Taking an active role in business development and helping strengthen existing client relationships.
About You
You’ll have at least four years’ post-qualification experience gained within a recognised property practice and be looking for the next stage of your career.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in residential property or development work.
- Strong technical ability and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive and commercial approach to client service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a successful team.
- An interest in mentoring others and continuing your own professional development.
