My top-tier Client is looking to add high calibre lawyers to their banking and finance team. The team operates a central staffing system where Associates will generally gain experience of working with a range of Partners within the group.
Associates in their Banking team are offered a variety of work advising both lenders, sponsors and borrowers and there may be opportunities to work across the other areas within their finance team (such as project finance, restructuring and structured finance).
