Banking & Finance Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity for a junior banking and finance lawyer to join this growing firm.

You will be working closely with the partners and other senior members of the team and there is plenty of support and supervision available.

This is very much a generalist banking and finance role so you will be acting for corporate lenders and borrowers on a broad range of high value lending transactions including property finance, acquisition finance, project finance and private equity finance. Some of work is panel work, but much is for non-panel clients so this is a role that will give you lots of variety and early client contact on transactions. There is lots of cross-over with other teams within the firm giving you the opportunity to work with colleagues in property, corporate, restructuring and insolvency and construction. The firm is known for their friendly and collaborative approach.

The team are ideally looking for an ambitious junior lawyer with at least 6 months experience in banking and finance. Whilst the team certainly work hard, there is no long hours culture here and the partners have a very sensible attitude to work / life balance. The firm supports flexibility at all levels.
