Are you an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor looking to join a modern, commercially focused firm with a strong national reputation and a genuinely supportive culture?
We’re partnering with a respected UK practice to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate into its established Banking & Finance team in London. The firm advises lenders, borrowers, investors and financial institutions across a broad range of transactions, including real estate finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance, development funding and restructuring. Its collaborative, cross‑disciplinary approach ensures exposure to sophisticated, varied and high‑value work.
In this role, you’ll work closely with major banks, alternative lenders, private equity houses and corporate clients, providing clear, pragmatic advice on complex financing arrangements. You’ll be involved in drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements, while contributing to strategic advisory work that supports clients through key commercial decisions.
