Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking to join a modern, commercially focused firm with a strong national reputation and a genuinely supportive culture?
We’re partnering with a respected UK practice to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate into its established Corporate team in Bristol. The firm advises a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurial start‑ups and fast‑growth businesses to major national organisations, across corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, governance and strategic advisory work. Its collaborative, cross‑disciplinary approach ensures exposure to varied, high‑value and intellectually rewarding matters.
In this role, you’ll work closely with business owners, boards and investors, providing clear, pragmatic advice on complex transactions and long‑term strategic projects. You’ll be involved in drafting and negotiating key corporate documents, managing deals from inception to completion, and contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic, well‑regarded team.
