Commercial Contracts Senior Associate Award winning Top 50 firm

Interesting new opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to join an award winning Top 50 firm, that is going from strength to strength.  You will be working in a Top Tier commercial team, where you will be advising SME’s to household name FTSE250 clients, on a broad range of commercial matters including franchise agreements, data protection, outsourcing,  agreements, procurement, IT, IP, supply, agency, and distribution agreements for retail, energy, and financial services sector client base.

You will have a solid background in commercial contracts gained at leading regional or Top 100 firm, or in-house, and ideally have experience of supervising more junior fee earners, and are ambitious and enthusiastic to join a market leading firm, advising household name clients.
