This is a superb opportunity for an experienced general commercial dispute resolution lawyer who is looking to join an ambitious top 50 law firm.
This role would suit someone looking to retain a very broad mix of high value general commercial litigation work. The team advise a number of clients across a range of different sectors. You are likely to be advising individuals as well as private companies and public sector entities. The work is likely to involve contractual disputes, shareholder / director disputes, negligence disputes and other more specialist areas of litigation. Many of the lawyers in the team also regularly advise on the use of ADR procedures and you will be involved in advising on strategy so you should be commercially-minded and able to offer practical advice.
You should be comfortable handling some matters with limited support but there is still plenty of senior support available either in terms of direct supervision or just others in the team to bounce ideas off.
