This prestigious global firm is looking to add to its London competition and antitrust practice. They are looking for a lawyer with between 2 to 5 years’ post qualification experience in UK and EU Competition law.

You will advise on a broad range of matters, including: 50% merger analysis with the rest comprising of sanctions, compliance, ABC and wider regulatory advice (including sports regulatory, energy andpharma advice). There will also be competition counselling (e.g., competition compliance advice,responses to CMA market studies, advice on behaviour issues, etc.) and potentially some litigation work.

The role requires a candidate with the skills to manage client relationships and the ability to assist clients on day-to-day issues. They must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a friendly and non-hierarchical environment. A first-class academic record is also essential.
