A top-tier international firm is growing its Construction Disputes team in Bristol and is looking for an experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer to join them.
The Role
Work on high‑value, technically complex disputes across major infrastructure, engineering, transport and energy projects. You’ll advise major insurers, contractors, employers and construction professionals on litigation, adjudication, arbitration (including ICC/LCIA) and ADR matters. Strong exposure to NEC and FIDIC is essential.
What You’ll Bring
✔ 3–5 PQE in contentious construction
✔ Solid TCC and adjudication experience
✔ Background from a recognised construction/insurance disputes team
✔ Commercial awareness, strong client skills and a collaborative mindset
✔ Interest in business development
✔ Fire safety experience (desirable)
