I’m currently working on behalf of a highly regarded boutique law firm that is looking to appoint a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a leading contentious probate partner, handling a broad range of high-quality disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, executors, beneficiaries and Inheritance Act claims. The firm has an outstanding reputation in the private client space and is recognised for the calibre of its work and client base.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ PQE with experience in contentious probate and trust disputes (either standalone or part of a broader litigation role)
- Strong technical and client management skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a successful and ambitious team
- A genuine interest in developing their career within this specialist area
