Dispute Resolution Associate – Bristol (ref:1047)

A top 50 UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Dispute Resolution Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded Bristol team, with a particular focus on the transport sector.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside market-leading lawyers advising some of the UK’s most significant transport operators, infrastructure providers and public sector bodies. You will be involved in complex, high-profile disputes and advisory work spanning rail, road, ports, aviation and emerging transport technologies, alongside related regulatory and public law matters.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including judicial review, public procurement challenges, regulatory investigations, public inquiries, arbitration, mediation and complex commercial litigation. You will advise clients on strategically important issues at the intersection of transport, regulation, technology and infrastructure.

This position would suit a lawyer with strong litigation experience gained at a respected firm who is looking to develop sector expertise in transport while working on matters of national significance. Experience in public law, procurement, regulatory disputes or transport-related matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
