Family Lawyer – Divorce & Private Children (ref:989)

A well-established specialist family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its Taunton office.

This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor or legal executive with experience of divorce, financial remedy and private law children matters who enjoys building lasting client relationships and providing practical, compassionate advice.

The Role

You’ll advise clients across a broad range of family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation.
• Financial settlements.
• Cohabitation disputes.
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements.
• Private law children matters, including child arrangements and specific issue applications.
• Domestic abuse injunctions where appropriate.

You’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with an experienced and supportive team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in private family law.
• Is confident managing divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Is commercially aware while maintaining exceptional client care.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the continued success of the team.
