Non-contentious Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate, Flexible Location

This is a really interesting opportunity for a banking, restructuring and insolvency lawyer to focus on non-contentious work. This role is essentially split into two parts; one aspect will be focusing on the sale and acquisition of loan portfolios and the second aspect will include more general non-contentious mid-market corporate insolvency / restructuring work. The work is for a range of clients and these include companies, specialist lenders, banks, building societies and IPs. The firm are on a number of different panels and so there is a good flow of repeat business, but you will be able to get involved in business development activities.

You do not need experience of both loan portfolio transactions and corporate restructuring and insolvency as the firm is happy to provide training and support. You should have experience in one aspect or the other even if this is from a mixed contentious / non-contentious background.
