An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a leading national law firm’s Real Estate team, based in their Exeter office. This full-service office is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and strong regional presence.
The Role
You’ll be part of a nationally recognised Real Estate practice, ranked among the UK’s top 15, working on a wide range of investment and development matters. The team advises on transactions across sectors including retail, industrial, telecoms, and office space.
Expect to be involved in:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Regeneration and joint venture projects
- Title due diligence and assembly
- Affordable housing transactions
- Multidisciplinary projects with corporate, finance, construction, and energy teams
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Real Estate
- Strong technical skills and ability to manage matters independently
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset
